Mission of Mental Health and Education Centre (MH&EC) is:
To provide the access of mental health services to all people through visits or via online services.
To aware people understand the importance of mental health.
To provide education regarding various domains of social sciences.
our vision
Mental Health and Education Centre (MH&EC) is working on its visions passionately in order to make mental health stigma free and aware people about treating mental health as physical health. In this regard MH&EC ensures that to spread awareness on Mental Health issues and provision of Mental Health care services to everyone. MH&EC also has close focus to provide education related to various domains of social sciences.
Extraordinary Experiences
Mental health and education centre facilitated uptill 3000 individuals into underpriviliged areas of Karachi. People get benefited from free psychotherapy, counselling, psychological assessment, servies awareness lectures and training workshops.
MHEC also working in schools in order to make improve conventional teaching method by utilizing moderen teaching strategies according to special child’s needs.
Almost 2000 students are facilitated for overcoming their emotional and behavioral issues.
800 parents got free parental counselling individual sessions that how they can contribute effectivelly in their children’s upbringing.
Nearly 600 teachers got free teacher training workshops in which modren teaching skills were taught to them.
